Rosko and Associates was established in 1990. We are a small group of rehabilitation counselors and support personnel. As a flexible, experienced, and resourceful organization, Rosko and Associates maintains the highest reputation in vocational rehabilitation – helping many individuals return-to-work, and serving as a key component in workplace productivity and cost reduction.
Our size allows for flexibility that provides quick action on behalf of our clients. Our accumulated knowledge and experience gets results in the cases we serve. And, our resourcefulness finds new possibilities and unique approaches that help to achieve successful outcomes. In many cases, we have achieved results where others have not.

Rosko and Associates provides any number of nonmedical and nonpsychological services to help persons with disabilities return to gainful activity. We are dedicated to helping each of our clients achieve this goal. We have helped many individuals with severe disabilities obtain new employment and life direction.

Two words sum up our approach to our cases: individualized and creative.
- Individualized: The approaches we use are as varied as our clients. We develop individualized placement approaches and plans for each of our clients. We do not “funnel” multiple clients through the same set of potential employers, we evaluate each client according to his or her needs, potential, and goals.
- Creative: Despite a weak labor market, many of our clients with severe disabilities have been successful in finding new employment over the past two years. Our clients are successful because of our strategies, such as targeting jobs within individual capabilities, effective placement approaches, and up-to-date knowledge about jobs in the region.
Rosko and Associates strives to stay informed about current employer hiring practices, skills that are in demand, and new enabling technologies. We closely monitor the trends in the labor market.
